Shipping

Every piece is crafted individually after you place your order. We don't mass-produce. Each item is made with care specifically for you. Because of this, please allow it may take around 2-5 business days to print your product before we ship.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • US Standard5-8 business days
  • US Express3-5 business days

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 7-12 business days for US orders (production + shipping). These are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed. We keep rates as fair as possible.

International Orders

We currently only ship to the United States (USA). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once it ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

Jehovah Sneaky Designs operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. All emails will be answered within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for responses during new product drops or high-volume periods.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse. We highly recommend consulting the detailed size guides provided on every product page to ensure the perfect fit before completing your order.

All intimates (including undergarments and swimwear), mystery boxes, promotional items, and heavily discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item entirely, we will make it right. Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team so we can handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.

You must contact us within 14 days of your ORIGINAL delivery date at support@jehovahsneakydesigns.com with:

  • Your order number (e.g., JSD1234)
  • At least 3 clear photos showing the specific defect, the issue from different angles, and the full garment
  • A brief description of the problem, the more detailed the better.

Once we verify the defect via your photos, We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? Reach out to us at support@jehovahsneakydesigns.com and we'll do our best to help. Size exchanges are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis.

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item to our facility. However, we will gladly cover the shipping cost to send the new, exchanged item back to you! We recommend all shipments sent back to our facility are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Original shipping fees are NOT refundable. Approved exchanges take 7-10 business days to process once received at our facility.

Lost Packages (In Transit)

If your tracking information has stalled and the package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost in transit, issue a replacement order.

Stolen or Misdelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" to the address you provided at checkout, but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

If you still can't locate it, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note that Jehovah Sneaky Designs is not responsible for stolen packages or carrier misdelivery errors once the tracking status is officially marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs to send the package to the correct address. Unclaimed returned packages will be forfeited after 30 days.
